3. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened perfumes or sprays.
Process:

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


4. Refund Policy
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
