Zeenah Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below to understand your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The return request must be made within
14 days of delivery
The item must have been purchased directly from
www.zeenahperfumes.com
Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do
not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are
non-returnable:
Opened or used perfumes
Gift cards or promotional items
Personalized or custom-made products
Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Order number
Reason for return
Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable service.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In case of damaged or incorrect items, Zeenah Perfumes will cover the cost of return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within
7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact our support team to arrange a replacement.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled
within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. After that, the standard return process applies.
8. International Orders
For international customers:
We accept returns from most countries, but customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, duties, or taxes incurred.
Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on current exchange rates.
